Happy Wednesday! This week is flying by, filled with events, class, babysitting and general living; it’s been lovely. Anyway, today I’m going to my new gym crush, Fit Lab, followed by a philosophy of art lecture, followed by a visiting artist lecture, followed by a foodie event in Queens.
I managed to snag a quick shot of the Lincoln Centre enroute to babysitting.

Here’s what’s been fuelling my busy life!
Hehehe….a shameless mirror shot at the gym, post cardio, pre-yoga.
- Post-gym 2 hard-boil eggs and black coffee.
I packed oatmeal for my after-class snack but ran out of time and had another protein bar as I ran to the subway to make it uptown for babysitting.
Mmm…babysitting snack of humus and snap peas.
Dinner!! A delightful and filling dinner of red quinoa, broccoli, zucchini, squash and back beans.
Dessert time! Chia pudding and a bowl of mixed nuts in almond milk with fresh mint….strange but delicious and very filling.
I’m off to try a new class at the gym and will be sure to tell you all about it ASAP!
